The Butcher’s Mermaid is a contemporary eatery located at the foot of the mountain in Hout Bay. It's known for its bold interior – dark walls and natural wood – creating an immersive atmosphere that complements their high-quality produce. The owners pride themselves on their locally sourced, free-range meats, artisanal charcuterie, and expertly prepared steaks and burgers.
Working closely with the owners and interior team, I developed a cohesive brand look and feel, which was carried through into the interior of the space as well as the restaurant collateral. The result is a distinctive and memorable dining experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
